Carla Mayfield has been teaching fifth grade for seventeen years. She is currently teaching Language Arts. She has two children w h o also attend Hayden schools. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, church activities, and reading. Her family attends Mount Zion Baptist Church. Her family also consist of one beagle named Dixie, and three cats, Bober, Scooter, and Smokey. She is a big time Alabama fan and loves to watch Alabama football on Saturdays. Roll Tide!
